HEALTHY home grown greens
The Kitchen grows its own herbs and vegetables on a farm right in the middle of Bangkok. Other produce comes from its own farm in Buached, Surin Province. On both farms we grow produce as "organic as possible" and serve it to you as fresh as possible. All eggs we use are free-range and we serve free-range chicken as well.
Apiwat (Todd) Curtin is the owner and manager of The Kitchen at Yenakat. His passion is Isan Authentic Farmers food - and the preservation of old skills. Todd and his family are experts on Isan food and are proud to bring "The Soul of Isan in the Heart of Bangkok".
